SUCCESS STORIES

Things that used to frustrate me, don't cost me a second thought now. You're like a windscreen washer, wiping the mud off.
D.C.

"I really had a fabulous week there. It is a very special place and you are such a special person to bring it all together. I believe I learned more in that week about life and about myself than I ever have. I really see it as a beginning. The middle and end is all up to me.Right now the word I'd like to use to describe what I learned is 'choice' and there's such power in that single word. Many thanks for that week and the ongoing work we're doing together." - LS

“Your Skills in untangling motives and getting to the core of a problem were brilliant.”

Getting the Edge on Your Negotiations By Using Your Brain For A Change

Your brain can make a change in fifteen minutes, think what you can do in two days!

Every day of our lives we are negotiating. From the baby in the pram looking for attention to the father negotiating with his teenagers on how late they may stay out.
Friends negotiate with each other on which movie they'll go to and maybe what restaurant they will eat in. Partners negotiate on private space, on who'll clean up the mess, who'll do the shopping, mind the children, or who gets to go off for the weekend with the buddies.
Managers negotiate with employees to get the work done. Employees negotiate on wage rises. Business owners may be increasing their prices to their customers who may be resisting and they need to be able negotiate.

Considering we do so much of it, you'd think that we'd be experts at negotiating wouldn't you?
Yes you would, yet, I've met very few people who will admit to being good or even great negotiators. Some I've spoken to equate good negotiating with being tough and uncompromising. Yet it's a very creative process, one that can go anywhere and which if you let it, can be a real win for everyone, if they're willing to go the extra mile and develop themselves.

What does it take to be a good negotiator?
With all the techniques and tools out there, the most important tool you have in your negotiations is You. You are the creator, the innovator, the negotiator. Your mood, your beliefs about yourself, your attitude, your level of confidence and interest in the outcome are what will make or break you.

Its most important to keep your head and your focus during negotiations and not lose sight of your outcome. Unless of course there's a better one emerging.

In this workshop the focus is on you because you are your best resource. You have everything you need inside you. We will help you to tap into those aspects of you that need to come to the fore for you to negotiate well. You have the ability to programme yourself to achieve specific goals and results and we will help you do that.

In this two day workshop we will:

  • Help you tap into your own resources
  • Change your perspective on what is possible for you
  • Give you tools and techniques you can use again and again to get the edge on your negotiations.

This is a two-day workshop. Starting at 9.00 a.m. sharp and running till 6.00 p.m. each day.

Your brain can make quantum leap in 15 minutes; imagine what you can do in two days!
